LeewayDelete your Leeway account
Leeway works without an account. An account only exists if you chose to sign in with Google to back up and sync your habits. You can delete that account and everything stored with it at any time.
Option 1: delete it inside the app (immediate)
- Open Leeway and go to Settings.
- In the Sync section, tap Delete cloud data…
- Confirm with Delete.
This permanently deletes your Leeway account and all of your synced data from our servers right away.
Option 2: ask us to delete it
If you can't open the app, email support@netofficials.com from the Google address you signed in with, with the subject Delete my Leeway account. We will delete your account and confirm within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account record (your Google email address and account ID).
- Your synced habits, check-ins, notes and synced settings.
- Any Leeway Pro access granted to the account.
What is kept
- Habits and settings saved on your phone are not touched. Erase them in the app or uninstall Leeway.
- Anonymous crash reports (no name, email or habit names) are kept by our crash-reporting provider for a limited time and cannot be linked back to you.
- Backups and logs are removed on a rolling schedule after deletion.
